1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Furstagram, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Furstagram is an AI-powered app that generates creative images and content featuring your pets. Our service uses artificial intelligence to create imaginative scenes of your pet in a "parallel world."

3. User Accounts

• You may use the app with anonymous authentication
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this app

4. User Content

By uploading photos to Furstagram:

• You confirm you have the right to use the photos
• You grant us permission to process the photos with AI
• You retain ownership of your original photos
• AI-generated content is for personal, non-commercial use

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Furstagram offers auto-renewable subscription plans to unlock premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

6. Subscription Plans

All plans are billed monthly and auto-renew each month:

• Basic Frequency: $9.99/month — 3 auto posts + 2 portals per day
• High Frequency: $19.99/month — 5 auto posts + 3 portals per day
• Ultra Frequency: $39.99/month — 8 auto posts + 5 portals per day

Prices are in USD. Actual charges may vary based on your region and currency. The exact price will be displayed in the App Store before purchase confirmation.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer the app or AI systems
• Use the service to generate misleading or deceptive content
• Resell or commercially exploit generated content

8. Intellectual Property

The Furstagram app, including its AI technology, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated images are provided for your personal use only.

9. Disclaimers

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties
• AI-generated content may not always meet expectations
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability
• Generated content is for entertainment purposes

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Changes to Terms
